When an individual is vulnerable enough to consider taking their own life, silence is read as indifference. With over 800 people dying by suicide in Ireland each year and research indicating that thousands more contemplate it, we all have a role to play to collectively address the challenges that suicide presents. In a bid to save more lives.

Cycle Against Suicide's leading awareness campaign into communities is our Main Cycle, which this year will take place from April 27th to May 6th. This campaign/cycle will promote a key message to local people in 63 towns and villages that: ‘It’s OK not to feel OK; and it is absolutely OK to ask for help’. This simple yet powerful message could save the lives of those in our communities who are feeling alone:   https://youtu.be/cOZVRQfW1k4

Cycle Against Suicide are asking cyclists of all abilities to come join with us on this event: http://www.cycleagainstsuicide.com/get-involved/2019-cycle /
